Club registration

It's free and easy fundraising, designed with your club in mind. The Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw provides everything your club needs - from exceptional prizes to a seamless online platform and promotional materials. With the essentials taken care of, your club can focus on selling tickets. It's a simple way to raise meaningful funds and make a lasting impact.

To register for the Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw, click the link and follow the steps.

A club official will need to register as an individual and then follow the steps to register your club. You will need your club name, membership number, post code and a club bank account. In order to access funds at the end of the Prize Draw, the bank account needs to be registered in your clubs name, not an individual bank account.

You can then edit your club page, add a logo and short description about who you are and what you're fundraising for to make your page stand out.

If you need a hand, our team is here to help, just email [email protected].

Cricket clubs affiliated or registered with the ECB, Cricket Scotland or Cricket Ireland (Northern Ireland based clubs only) are welcome to register for the Prize Draw. To register, a club official must complete the registration process and the club must have a bank account in its name (not a personal bank account).

You can track your fundraising progress via your club dashboard. There, you'll be able to set a fundraising goal, see the number of tickets sold and the total amount raised.

The purchase of Prize Draw tickets is fully digital. No paper tickets, no handling cash. Every transaction is secure and seamless, making it simple for clubs and supporters alike. There is a no-purchase necessary option available for free entry. Full details are outlined in the Prize Draw Rules.

No problem, our support team is here for you. Simply email [email protected] and we'll help you get back on track.

Selling tickets

Each club will have their own personalised Prize Draw page where people can buy tickets directly from your club. Simply share your unique link everywhere; across social media, newsletters, email and include a QR code on your posters. The more you share, the more your club can raise.

Teamwork makes the dream work. If there is someone who is tech savvy in your club, ask them to help register your club. And if you need a hand, we're always here at [email protected].

Supporters can purchase tickets securely via debit card on the official Prize Draw website. Card details are never stored so they can purchase with confidence.

There is a no-purchase necessary option available for entry. Full details are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

While you are welcome to create your own materials, we encourage you to use our official assets. They've been designed to ensure maximum impact and clarity in messaging.

Receiving funds

Your club will receive 100% of the funds raised through ticket sales where your club is selected. This will be transferred to your club's bank account by 31st October 2025.

If a player chooses the central fund, all received funds will be distributed among all clubs at the end of the draw. The funds will be transferred to club bank accounts, with the transfer completed within four weeks of the draw closing, by 31st October 2025.

No, funds will only be released to a bank account in the club's name.

The funds raised through the Prize Draw can be used for anything that will help your club thrive and support its sustainability and growth. This includes purchasing new equipment, upgrading facilities, covering registration fees, qualifying more coaches, buying new kits, or supporting other club initiatives that enhance your team's experience. Essentially, any investment that will contribute to the development and success of your club is a great use of the funds.

For more information, please review the full Terms and Conditions.
